It shouldn't be hard, even though I am small, To think about Jesus, not hard at all. ("To Think about Jesus," Children's Songbook , 71) With those words in mind, it really should not be hard to think about Jesus during the sacrament, or at any time for that matter. After all that He did for us, it is the least we can do, though if we really are thinking about Him and His sacrifice, we will do much more than just remember Him--we will also keep His commandments.
